Vulcanising is used to increase durability of large commercial or agricultural vehicle tyres. It is the process of fixing a puncture repair by applying a patch, welding the new and old rubber together to bond, this allows better structure, hardness and durability of the tyre. This means that tyres that would else wise be going for scrap can still be used.

Whiles we perform the process we can hire out part worn commercial and agriculture tyres whilst yours are being repaired, for minimal machine ‘down time’.

After the service is completed Tyres are pressure checked, this makes up our pressure testing service.
