Click and Collect

Simply purchase your tyres from our online agri tyre shop and collect from our Ludlow depot during our opening hours. (08:30 - 17:30, Mon-Fri and 08:30 - 12:30 Sat).

Delivery

TNT Tyres use a vast courier network to deliver your goods, UK and world wide. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday on a non guaranteed three working day service for all non-remote mainland UK orders placed before 1pm. Orders after 1pm will be dispatched the following day. 99% of our orders do arrive within the time frame but we recommend allowing a 4 day leeway. Remote areas of Scotland can be 4-5 days. We do have a next working day service as an optional extra. You will always be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.

Fitting

If you have bought your tyres from our online shop and you reside within a 40 mile radius and wish to enquire about fitting, please contact us for details.

New Tyre Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase then TNT Tyres will accept the return of goods up to 14 days after the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund all goods must still be in their original saleable condition (not used, not fitted, not damaged). Goods must be returned to us at your cost. Returns cannot be accepted for manufactured wheel rims or items imported at the customers request. If you would like assistance in returning your goods we can offer a quote for a collection service. Please be aware for collections arranged by TNT Tyres on your behalf, we will require the goods to be available for collection between 8am - 6pm over a three working day period. If couriers arrive and no one is present, the collection fee cannot be refunded and an additional collection will need to be arranged and paid for.

Part Worn Agri Tyre Returns:

All tyres are sold as listed and photographed. If you are unhappy with your purchase then TNT tyres will accept the return of your goods up to 14 days after the date of delivery. To qualify for a full refund all goods must be in their original condition. (not used, not fitted, not damaged) Return of goods must be arranged by you at your cost. Delivery costs will not be refunded. If you would like assistance in returning your goods we can offer a quote for a collection service.
